Ordering is a single flow for every product line, VPS, dedicated, web hosting and game hosting all check out the same way.
Choosing a billing cycle
Every plan can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually (some also offer semi-annual). Longer cycles do not lower the monthly rate on Corenzy specifically, they exist purely for convenience, pick whichever matches how you plan to budget, not which one looks cheapest per month.
Promo codes
Enter a promo code at checkout before you pay, not after. Codes are validated live against the exact product and cycle you selected, an "invalid code" error usually means the code does not apply to that specific plan or billing cycle, not that it is expired.
Paying
- Card: processed by Airwallex on a hosted payment page, your card number never touches Corenzy's servers.
- Bank transfer: you pick your country's receiving account, send the transfer, then upload the receipt or reference from the invoice page for manual confirmation.
- Account balance: if you have prepaid credit, it is applied automatically before any other method is charged.
What happens after payment
Card and balance payments provision the service within seconds, the moment the invoice flips to Paid. Bank transfers are matched manually once the receipt is reviewed, usually within a few hours during business hours. Either way, the new service shows up under Services in the dashboard the instant it is provisioned, no separate "activation" step.
If a service is not appearing after payment, check the invoice status first, most delays trace back to a payment still pending confirmation, not a stuck provisioning job.
