1. Agreement & acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Corenzy ("Corenzy", "we", "us"), the provider of the virtual server, web hosting, dedicated server and related services offered through corenzy.com and the customer panel (together, the "Services").
The agreement takes effect the moment you complete registration, place an order, or begin using a Service, whichever happens first. If you are using the Services for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not register for or use the Services.
2. Eligibility & registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration and keep it up to date, including a valid name, address, email and phone number.
We may contact you through the details you provide to verify your account, deliver service notices, or send updates. We may also use automated checks to screen new registrations for fraud and abuse; where a registration cannot be verified, we may request additional confirmation or decline to provide the Services.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, server passwords and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
Notify us without delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Services & provisioning
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we provision the Service as described on the relevant product page. The specifications, features and limits that apply to each Service are those shown on its product page at the time of order; product-specific terms there form part of this agreement.
You receive a right to use the Services for the paid period. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Services, whether for a fee or free of charge, unless a written reseller agreement is in place. We may improve, modify or retire features over time; where a change materially reduces a Service you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to use them, or allow them to be used, to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or operate mailing systems in breach of anti-spam law;
- host, distribute or link to malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content;
- store or share material that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or that you have no right to host;
- attack, scan, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account, ours or a third party's;
- run public proxies, anonymous file-dump or bulk download/upload services, or workloads designed primarily to consume bandwidth.
Resources advertised as "unlimited" or "unmetered" are offered on a fair-use basis for normal website and application workloads. Where usage is excessive or abusive and affects other customers, we may ask you to optimise it, move to a more suitable plan, or, if necessary to protect the network, restrict the Service.
We may suspend or remove offending content and, where the risk to our network or other customers requires it, act without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring your own users comply with this section.
6. Your content & backups
You retain ownership of the data, files, websites and email you host with us, and you are solely responsible, legally and otherwise, for that content and for the operations carried out through it. We are not obliged to monitor or approve customer content, but we may remove unlawful content and suspend the related account.
While we operate our own backup routines for infrastructure resilience, you remain responsible for keeping independent, current backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss, and you should not rely on our backups as your only copy.
7. Fees, billing & renewals
Fees are those shown at checkout for the billing cycle you choose (for example monthly or annually) and are payable in advance. Prices may include or exclude tax depending on your location; any applicable tax is shown before you confirm the order.
Payment is processed through our payment providers. Your order is activated once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is not completed, we may delay activation, and for active services apply a grace period before suspension (see Section 10).
Unless you cancel before the renewal date, Services renew automatically for another cycle of the same length so your site stays online. Renewal prices may differ from your original price; we show the renewal amount in advance. We may change prices for future cycles, changes never affect a cycle you have already paid for.
8. Upgrades & downgrades
You may upgrade an eligible Service at any time from the customer panel; upgrades are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades are only possible where the target plan can accommodate your current usage and may not be available on every product. If an automated change fails, contact support so we can complete it manually.
9. Service availability
We target 99.99% monthly network availability, measured at our network edge. Scheduled maintenance, events outside our reasonable control, and suspensions caused by your breach of these Terms are excluded from availability calculations.
If we fall materially short of this target, your sole remedy is a service credit applied to a future invoice, requested within 30 days of the incident. Service credits do not constitute a cash refund.
10. Suspension
We may suspend a Service, including web, email and FTP access, for non-payment, failed verification, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms. During suspension the Service is unavailable and inbound email may be rejected. Where circumstances allow, we will notify you and tell you how to restore the Service; where the network or other customers are at risk, suspension may be immediate.
11. Termination & refunds
You may cancel a Service at any time from the customer panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle and stops future renewals.
We may terminate a Service if a suspension is not resolved, for repeated or serious breach of these Terms, or for unlawful use, in which case termination may be immediate and without further notice.
Paid cycles are non-refundable except where required by law or where we terminate a Service without cause, in which case we refund the unused portion. Set-up fees, domain registrations and similar third-party costs are non-refundable. Any promotional refund offer published on the product page applies on the terms shown there.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep them secure and reliable but cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by service interruptions, data loss, or the content, configuration or misuse of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the affected Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our Services and legal obligations evolve. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and announce material changes by email or in the customer panel a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Corenzy's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at that location, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
