Add or Change a Payment Method

Your payment method is set per invoice, not locked to the account, so changing it does not affect anything already paid.

Where payment methods live

There is no separate "saved cards" vault, each invoice lets you choose card, bank transfer or account balance at the moment you pay it, independent of how the previous invoice was paid. This is deliberate, it means a temporary card issue never blocks a bank-transfer payment on the very next invoice.

Paying by card

Card payments are processed by Airwallex on a hosted checkout page, redirected from the invoice. Corenzy never sees or stores the card number itself, only the payment confirmation.

Paying by bank transfer

Pick your country's receiving account from the invoice page, send the transfer using the exact amount and any reference shown, then upload the receipt (or enter the reference) on the same page. Confirmation is manual and typically completes within a few business hours, not instantly like a card payment.

Using account balance

If you have prepaid credit on the account, from a top-up or an overpayment, it is offered as a payment option on every invoice and applies instantly with no processing delay, since no external gateway is involved.

If a payment method fails on one invoice, it does not affect any other invoice or any already-active service, each invoice is independent.
